Roosevelt Memorial Park Cemetery gates are open from sunrise to sunset. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm and Saturday 9:30am – 3:30pm. The office is closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (Holidays include Jan 1, MLK Jr. Day, Presidents Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas).

Please request a Floral Placement and pick-up schedule from a member of the Park Operations Department for the following days:
Valentine’s Day – Easter – Mother’s Day – Memorial Day – Father’s Day – Halloween and Dia De Los Muertos – Thanksgiving – Christmas and New Year’s Day.
Vermont Ave. Gate Hours:
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Normandie Ave. Gate Hours:
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
General Information & Cemetery Visitation Policies
- Only fresh flowers are permitted in the park
- No alcohol use, use of drugs of any kind, excessively loud music, or playing games or any other recreational activity is allowed
- All food and trash must be picked up after visitation occurs
- No picnic tables are allowed
- No canopies or tents are allowed
- No dogs and pets are allowed (with the exception of certified service dogs)
- Persons with dogs or pets will be asked to leave
- Music is limited to one hour
- Chapels are closed until further notice
